Alice in Chains Digs Deeps, New Release Out
Alice in Chains is getting ready to put out their first full-length album in almost 14 years, Black Gives Way to Blue.
The rockers, who reunited to tour for the first time in 2006, have been working on this album for the past three years. They searched inside for their demons – including those that claimed former lead singer Layne Staley’s life after a 2002 drug overdose.
While the group began performing together with no plans to record, they found that hitting the road again really got their creative juices flowing.
The album was released on September 29th.
